Everest Region Trek

Everest Region Trek is one of the highest countries on this planet with most of the world’s tallest peaks located. Besides number one Mt. Everest, and the 4th high Mt. Lhotse including the world 6th high Mt. Cho-Oyu.

Apart from the three above 8,000 meters peaks, with many well-known famous mountains like Nuptse, Island peak, Pumori, and Amadablam so on Everest region, is a popular renowned adventure destination for trekking, peak climbing major mountaineering expeditions. Due to its scenic country, steeped with an array of Mid-Eastern Himalayan mountain ranges in harmony with the local immense culture.

The land of famous Sherpa, the highlanders of the Everest region interwoven with Buddhism religion, is well known for age-old tradition and hospitality. Everest region, located in Nepal's North Mid-East Himalaya within the district of Solu-Khumbu, is mostly populated by Sherpa people.

The indigenous mountain tribes of the Mid to Far Eastern region of the country include mixed hill tribes around the lower Solu areas of Everest.

The upper high region of Everest is known as Khumbu, famous for its beautiful landscapes scenery of high snow peaks, and scenic valleys. As well as the ancient traditional culture and heritage of the Sherpa make an equally interesting for travelers to the Everest region.

Beautiful areas to visit around Everest Region, the most popular destination is Everest Base Camp and the high Kalapathar hill.

A scenic and adventurous trek of 11 to 12 days round trip from Lukla town with an airport. Another famous adventure location is a trek to the beautiful Gokyo valley and its pristine glacial lakes with high Gokyo-Ri. Where one can catch views of the world’s highest peaks Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cho-Oyu, and Mt. Makalu.

Situated, in the close shadow of the world's 6th high Mt. Cho-Oyu with other famous peaks, including Nepal's longest Ngozumba glacier. Where one can traverse to reach Everest base camp from Gokyo valley via the high Cho-La Pass. As well Renjo-La passes to reach west of Khumbu at Thame village, one can enjoy a short trek to scenic famous Tengboche Monastery.
